Duplicate/Replacement Diploma

Request for a duplicate/replacement diploma(s) received at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, University of Southwestern Louisiana, Southwestern Louisiana Industrial Institute, or Southwestern Louisiana Institute of Liberal and Technical Learning is handled two ways.The duplicate/replacement will be the same as the diploma originally received with the appropriate University name at the time of your graduation, but will not be laminated.

The cost for a duplicate/replacement is $17.00 per copy and can be paid with a MONEY ORDER ONLY. 

Graduated Prior to Fall 2016

• Please email graduation@louisiana.edu with your NAME & DOB. This will allow us to start the process of your duplicate order. 

Graduate of Fall 2016/Onward?

• Please click on the link below & complete the Duplicate Diploma Request From.

Processing Time

It will take approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery after your payment is received.

PLEASE NOTE: UL Lafayette uses USPS as our preferred carrier, and we ship using priority mail (tracking number). Any diploma that is lost or stolen will result in an additional reprint fee.

Duplicate diplomas are not mailed outside of the country unless you make the proper arrangements with a carrier (i.e. FedEx / DHL or UPS).
